Did you know that the "M." in Mayor M. Michael Rounds stands for "Marion?"  Henceforth, he shall be nown as Mayor Marion Rounds in this publication.

So is Rounds honoring and remembering his fallen relative by distancing himself from his given name? Does that tell you a lot about him?

I agree with Kay. If the point that outweighs all others is that Marion Michael Rounds' name honors his war veteran relative, then why doesn't he go by it?

Besides that point, I truly don't know how I feel about needling someone about his given name. Regardless of the reason it was given, it's simply his name. Would it be okay to needle someone if they were named after a ne'er do well uncle?
