Amendment C Proponents Continue Personal Attacks
I'm a big, fat liar. At least according to "Dakota's Voice's" Bob Ellis. Click here to read Bob's screed.
First, on Sunday, Rob Regier of the S.D. Family Council personally attacked SDAD's Jon Hoadley at an SDSU forum for what he assumed was his "lifestyle."
Then today, Ellis attacks me for "lies and deception" for daring to point out Regier's personal attack on Jon and noting that there are legitimate concerns about Amendment C and its impact on all South Dakotans.
I'm surprised he didn't go after my three male dogs who co-habitate--and all under my very nose!
Apparently the best the pro-Amendment C forces can do is stage personal attacks. Forget about an actual debate. It's really sad. However, I will pray for Bob that he not be so angry and that he might have more love in his heart toward others. It's the least I can do to help a fellow brother.
It must bug the crap out of Bob and his ilk that I am straight, married, a father, a Methodist, a former student of boxing and taekwando, an NFL fan--and I oppose Amendment C. My parents have been married for nearly 50 years. I even love red meat. Gosh, I'm so, well, "normal," or at least a fairly typical South Dakota guy.
I have to get ready for my oral argument before the S.D. Supreme Court tomorrow, so this is the last I'll probably be posting for today. But do I have more to say. Boy, do I have more to say! I tried to comment on Bob's blog, but, alas, like many Rightwingers, they are too thin-skinned to allow comments.
Good neighbors don't discriminate--or talk trash about their neighbors. Vote No on Amendment C.

You're a Democrat now. See when you were an independent you got spoiled by having the expectation that somehow issues should be debated. Now that your are a Democrat again you should get used to using personal attacks to make your arguments.
