Tieless Jack

Jack Billion is giving his concession speech in the governor's race.  I'm glad to see the tie is off.  That's the Jack I know.

Jack's legacy is the work he did as Minnehaha County Chairman the past several years in re-energizing the local party and recruiting good candidates.  He had things in place in Gov. Rounds signed the abortion bill so the local party and candidates could take advantage of it.

Thank you, Jack for taking the plunge and your work with the local party. It paid off.
