I enjoy reading this blog Todd but for me the best parts are when you talk people and issues of South Dakota politics. AS a non-lawyer who is interested in the law I always appreciate your legal commentary for a well reasoned and insightful analysis.

I feel your pain. My traffic is up when I post the "Must Reads." The problem is they take a lot of time to gather, read, write, and plug. I'll have to think of a way to do it so it doesn't take so much of my time.
