Keep posting restaurant and grocery inspection reports on the city's Web site so they're easily available for everyone to see.

The city started posting the scores in January, and while there's general support for the move, some people aren't so sure.

It might be unfair to post a bad score when a restaurant simply has a "bad day," said council member Vernon Brown.

"Your bad day is my food poisoning," responded council member Kevin Kavanaugh.

Amen, Kevin.  Looks like Vernon is more worried about protecting businesses that don't have the public's health in mind rather than protecting the public from food poisoning.
