stockxpertcom_id214847_size1%20eye%20chart.JPGI’m driving to work this morning on Minnesota Ave.  A little south of 26th Street I see a sign that says, “Blog for sale” and then a phone number.

Intrigued, I called the number and left a message.  I kept wondering, “Who is crazy enough to sell a blog when you can start a new one for free?  It must get a lot of hits.”

This afternoon I get a call back from someone asking me if I was interesting in buying their BUILDING.  “Building?” I asked, completely confused.  “Yes, the caller said, I thought you said you were interested in buying my building.”

Obviously it wasn’t “blog” I saw at 30 mph at 7:45 a.m. this morning but “bldg.”  I just have “blog(s)” on the brain.

I laughed heartily and told the nice gentleman that I didn’t need a new building—or a new blog—for that matter.

There’s a lesson there in mindfulness—and wearing my new glasses instead of my old ones.
