Sioux Falls, Ask Not for Whom the Bell Tolls, It Tolls for Thee

 From KELOLAND-TV today:

Morrell’s Shutting Down Second Shift In Sioux City
Second-shift operations at John Morrell’s Sioux City plant are coming to an end.  That will leave 485 workers without a job beginning February 19th.
The company says its decision was based on unfavorable market conditions.
About 900 employees will remain at the plant, which processes 7,000 hogs each day.
Or perhaps more aptly, ask not for whom the pig squeals, it squeals for thee.  Is the pig blood writing on the wall for Sioux Falls’ plant too?
