My young Republican friend Pat Powers is reporting today that my young Democratic friend, Brendan Johnson is going to be nominated as U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota.
I'm trying to get confirmation from Brendan.
If true, it is another excellent nomination. Brendan is smart, honest, experienced in both civil and criminal litigation, even tempered, thoughtful, and just a very fine person and attorney.
Congratulations and good luck to Brendan!
