A little birdie from Aberdeen let me know that Republican pro-life leader and former legislator Ted Klaudt is now listed on the South Dakota Sex Offender Registry.

Perhaps the most interesting tidbit is that he’s apparently not up at Penalty Hill in Sioux Falls but at the medium security facility in Springfield.  Unless inmate diagnosis goes on there, this seems like special treatment to me.
