The People Have Spoken: Kirby Attacks Fair
Friday, March 7, 2008
Todd Epp in 2008 Election, 2008 Senate Race, 2008 U.S. Senate Race

The results are in.  The people have spoken.  The Tim Johnson Campaign’s attacks on putative GOP U.S. Senate candidate are fair.

The results:

Recent Attacks on Possible Republican U.S. Senate Candidate Are:

Fair (193) 59%
Unfair (123) 38%
No opinion (9) 3%

Total Votes: 325

My poll, of course, is unscientific.  And I disagree with the results.  But the peeps have spoken.

Here are some of the comments readers left on poll:

I’d say the attacks are fair but the stalking is creepy.

It is not necessary for an individual who has done such a fine job for SD to have to attack a potential opponent. It is not the right thing to do. It does not mean that the observation were incorrect.

Fair, Unfair or Stupid?

they did it to daschle what goes around comes around

telling the truth is fair

Steve Kirby is a good man and South Dakota would be lucky to put him in office in any capacity.

Is Steve Kirby out of touch with the average South Dakotan? Yes Because of his wealth? Yes ….. There I said it!
