terer.
Actually, I think Lien is the first South Dakota candidate for any office to use Twitter in his campaign.
If you don’t know what Twitter is, it is a form of instant messaging. The difference is that you can IM not just one person, but literally thousands of people who are your “followers.” And you can also follow others.
You can also restrict it so only people you want can follow you. One friend of mine is using it in their business to follow the work and whereabouts of fellow employees.

While I am a Herseth-Sandlin supporter for U.S. House, some props are due Chris for using the new and FREE technology as a way to reach out to voters in his campaign.
