I guess this is the penalty for disregarding the advice of the State Chairman, former Senator, sitting Senator and sitting Congresswoman. Doesn't look good for Lewis & Clark.

Don't bet on it Troy. Obama supports investment in infrastructure McCain calls things like Lewis and Clark "pork" or "earmarks" and says he opposes them.
